Roughly 45 minutes after departing Laramie, the train is now roughly 40 miles west of Laramie, approaching the town of Rock River. There were a fair number of railfans chasing the train on this day...and not all of them used the best judgment! One such railfan stood in the middle of Main 2 a few dozen yards off to the left of this shot.
