One of my favorite "special effects" that can be added to pictures is the "tilt shift" (or "iris shift/blur") effect. When applied, the effect keeps a particular part of the picture...in this case, the SD70ACe...in focus, and gradually blurs the image toward its borders. That's the effect here as a single SD70ACe heads west to rescue the MNYRO in the siding at East Portal.
