The West Local slowly backs across Colorado Highway 72, shoving covered hoppers back toward the aggregate plant at the far north end of the Rocky Flat Industrial Lead. This is the only customer UP still has west of Denver (on the east side of the Continental Divide, anyway).

It is not too often that a train rolls over this grade crossing! This stop light is protected the West Local as is backs up across CO-72, about a mile from the mainline at Rocky.
