Over a 5 1/2 mile section of track, trains have to blow their horn through 17 grade crossing (including the run down Atwood Street). Apparently it was actually painted shortly after the BNSF merger. It was at the shops waiting to be painted (with a work order for this scheme) as the merger went through.
