Four UP units and the Rocky Mountaineer are both on the move after meeting each other here on the grade just east of the east switch of Gilluly. The units are headed to Helper to await assignment on a westbound train.

As the Rocky Mountaineer descends down the 2% grade on Main 1, it meets a quartet of UP units heading east on Main 2. Note the cut in the upper right corner of the train. This is where the Mountaineer was just a few minutes earlier.

The westbound Rocky Mountaineer is heading geographically north as it wraps through one of the numerous S-Curve above the center siding of Gilluly.

Just west of Soldier Summit, the Rocky Mountaineer passes by a frozen pond as it starts its descent down the 2% grade. Despite being a week into spring, winter still has a bit of a grip here at the top of Soldier Summit.
