However, that was exactly the case today as an ES44AC leads a long baretable train down the Front Range Sub toward Denver. The train just got permission from the yard to continue past 80th Avenue, a common holding place if the yard cannot take trains. Interestingly, I happened to get a shot of this exact unit less than three weeks earlier, leading the Provo-Denver over the Moffat!
