UP 4014 and train are on the move through the small town of Cheyenne Wells, CO. There is no stop for the Big Boy today in the town of 702 residents. Things are pretty rural out here on the high plains. All of Cheyenne County (for which Cheyenne Wells in the county seat) only has 1,713 residents!
