UP 1989 makes only its third run west on the Moffat since it was unveiled in Denver in July. At Lamar street in Arvada (just shy of DS007), the train came to a stop for about 90 minutes while waiting for a second crew to come out of Denver. The second crew was for a westbound tied down in the siding at Plain.

Do you have any more photos in the area around Lamar Street? Especially of the industries served. I only have room for a switching layout. The spins and google earth indicate this may be an interesting switch puzzle. I may need to add industries to the vacant sidings though. Do you have any knowledge as to what was in these vacant sidings? I would be operating with 1980's type equipment.
