The Longmont Switch, after carrying out the duties normally handled by the Buck Local, just completed a rare daylight move up to Lafayette. The Longmont Switch has dropped off its cars and is now returning as light power north back toward Boulder. There, it will switch a recycling plant before returning north to Longmont.
