I noted a freshly-painted HLCX GP38-2 sitting near the shops at North Yard. This is an interesting unit in that it appears to be a GP40-2 (three radiator fans, etc), there are two exhaust stacks. This shows the un-turbocharged GP38-2 prime mover.

I find it amazing how we can shoot the same locomotives in the same day and yet we don't see one another. Either way, Great shot of this interisting unit.
