If I had taken this shot one year earlier, you would have seen the Ski Train cars in the shot! These are the tracks at Burnham at which the Ski Train was stored during the off season. Instead, the tracks are now filled with former Grande Luxe Express cars. The cars were purchased by Phil Anschutz and are currently being repaired and upgraded. However, with the continued downturn in the economy, he apparently changed his mind. The cars above were ultimately sold by Anschutz and are now gone. I do not know where they ended up.
