This coal empty is charging west through Tolland in perfect afternoon light. It met an eastbound BNSF manifest which received a relief crew four hours earlier. Unfortunately, a parade of westbounds has kept the crew waiting patiently for their turn to head east.

The odds of catching two different railroad's engines with three out of four of each other's numbers and with two out of four numbers in the matching places is pretty rare, don't you think?
