It is getting to be late in the day as this westbound BNSF manifest works its way through the base of Coal Creek Canyon. The head end units are about to pass into Tunnel 1 in the distance.

It's about a 2% (or just north of that) grade climbing up from Coal Creek to Tunnel 1.
