I didn't realize this before going to Jacksonville for the first time, but CSX headquarters are actually in Jacksonville! Here is the front of their headquarters. Their dispatch center is located right here as well.

I'm not aware of the exact timeline of the SCL and B&O merger, but this edifice is classic 1970s architecture. It's dull, lifeless, colorless, imposing, and ugly. Its designers had absolutely no clue about security.
