This was the right way to wrap up a fantastic weekend trip with my dad! Literally 10 minutes prior to the sun setting, this manifest passed by heading east. An hour earlier, Cheyenne was pummeled by a torrential downpour that included nickel-to-quarter sized hail. That, however, result in the formation of this fantastic pond, allowing for a nice capture of an SD70ACe and an SD70M, both sporting the American flag.

Pretty frickin' stunning shot! Enjoyed them all...glad you had a good time with your Dad. Seems like you kind of dialed it up a notch in all your description and shooting. Makes me want to check it out some day.  
I took my wife and my Mom to see the 844 go through the intersection of 47th & York. Mom can't see worth a [removed] anymore but when that baby rolled on by, she knew she it was a train all right.
