Despite the "nose only a mother could love", I have to admit that the SD70ACe is really starting to grow on me. It'll never replace such units as the SD40-2 or even the SD70M, but it not too shabby!

Hard to disagree with that logic, Zach! Certainly my biggest complaint is just the notched nose. I understand EMD isn't really concerned with aesthetics and the nose is done this way for easier visibility from the cab of somebody on the ladder. But as a train photographer, I don't have to like it. Heh.

I don't mind the SD70ACe's... BNSF doesn't look that bad with the new image. But I think the best out of them would have to be the DRGW one!! By far for me!
