Here was a very lucky catch of a unit that just happened to be passing through town! This is a GP10 of Illinois Central vintage. More recently, this little unit has served as one of two units on the Hollis Eastern. A railroad in southwestern Oklahoma that has about 13 miles of track total. I don't know why 50% of their motive power was in Denver on this day.

H&E was bought out by the shortline SLWC RR a Watco Company railroad. They bought it out in early 2010. Use to be MKT trackage about 40 years or more ago.
