You can really appreciate the size of these wind mill blades when they roll past you on a train. Each blade is roughly 100 feet long. These blades were constructed at the Vestas plant in Fort Lupton, CO and are headed for a wind farm in Texas.

Beautiful shot. This had me confused as to why the blades would travel so farth northwest to Ft. Collins from Ft. Lupton only to travel south again to Texas. I believe the blades are manufactured just outside of Ft. Collins in Windsor. The nacelles are made in Ft. Lupton.
