When I was a kid going out and taking pictures with my dad, I recall many a time setting up at this vantage point looking east straight down the rail. For over a decade, the shot had become impossible due to trees that had grown, obstructing the view. However, the owner of the key tree blocking the shot decided to cut it down, opening the view back up! Here, UP's MNYRO is approaching 80th Avenue and the east switch of Leyden.
