This rock-filled work train slowly creeps across the Indiana Street overpass just west of Leyden. The train is now in "out of service" limits, meaning the track is not under the control or jurisdiction of DS-86. Instead, the UP foreman in charge of the repair operation has jurisdiction over all trains and MOW in the limits. Switches are all taken in to hand throw and trains and MOW coordinate via radio. For safety, all movements are made at restricted speed, typically around 10 MPH.
