When Amtrak was formed in 1972, the first official logo used was the "Pointless Arrow". It, along with the bright red "Bloody Nose", were the two main staples of the first scheme. To celebrate 40 years, here a reinterpretation of the scheme as applied to a P42DC. Personally, I think it looks pretty sharp!
