Similar to BNSF, UP has also been activating older power recently in order to meet power demands. One such example is this "triclops" SD60M, the fourth unit on the MRONY.

BN had SD60's the same way. Early one were 3 pc and later were 2 pc. Thanks

Good question, David. I probably should have explained that in the caption, eh? SD60Ms had two variations in their windshields. Some had two panes (which is standard for most wide cab EMDs and GEs alike). However, some had three panes, such as UP 2361 here. Since a one-eyed creature is referred to as a "cyclops", these "three-eyed" creatures have been referred as a "triclops".
