A pair of units facing nose-to-nose bring up the tail end of a westbound Denver to Provo manifest at Pecos. In the distance, you can see the Pecos Street overpass. Ultimately built because Pecos Street was constantly blocked by coal trains on Bypass 1 and 2. Ironic that coal is virtually non-existent now!
