2017 will mark the first regular running of the Ski Train (now called the Winter Park Express) since March 2009! It's been eight years (where does the time go?), but train service to Winter Park is returning. And Amtrak is using one of its last remaining F40PHs for the train. The prime mover has actually been removed from this F40PH, but it still looks good. The train will operate in a push-pull method between Denver and Winter Park (Fraser).
