Ahhh, Colorado weather! At 4am, there was not a cloud in the sky. By 8am, there was over three inches of fresh snow and it was still coming down. Highways were shut down in the Denver-Metro area and commutes to school that usually take 15 minutes were taking an hour or more. Then, by noon, the sun was out and snow was melting. Here, at 3:30pm, the roads were just west and was able to easily get track side to capture a seven hour late Zephyr just west of Leyden amongst the freshly fallen snow.
