This eastbound UP manifest stopped up at Rollins earlier this morning. They had instructions to pick up the bathtub gondola from the coal train that had its bottom sheered off a few months ago. However, they could not pick it up because the car is currently chained (and locked) to the house track rail. They did not have the key to unlock it. So, the pickup was skipped.
