Hard to believe that UP 1943 is already close to three years old! I last saw it almost exactly a year prior to this shot when it led a passenger special on the Moffat at the end of September 2019. Today, it came out of North Yard to be used as the lead unit on the MNYGJ, currently tied down in the siding at Rocky.
