The westbound Zephyr holds the main at Plain as an eastbound BNSF coal load enters the siding. You can see the rest of the coal train coming out of Tunnel 3 in the distance. This was actually a very well-planned meet by DS-80. Amtrak came to a stop at the west switch just as the coal load popped out of Tunnel 2. Email Questions or Comments to the Webmaster.
