A special Amtrak move crosses Arapahoe Road in eastern Boulder. The move is part of some early steps to try to bring Amtrak intercity trains along the Front Range in Colorado. There are two bridges that cross Arapahoe Road here, due to a widening of the road several years ago. Will the second, currently inactive bridge be used in the future if a second main is added to the line?
