Amtrak's sightseer/lounge cars on long distance trains typically have half the car setup with tables, and half the car setup with seats the face out to watch the scenery. However, for the Winter Park Express, the car is reconfigured with tables. This makes a lot of sense for the train as most passengers here are looking for a place to sit and eat on the way to or from the slopes, rather than just sit and look out at the scenery, which is common on long distance trains.
