The westbound Zephyr is headed away from the camera after meeting the Winter Park Express Ski Train, which is currently tied down in the siding here at Fraser. The Zephyr is coming up to a red signal at the switch at the west end of Fraser cannot be locked up by the dispatcher. The Zephyr will have to take it into hand throw. After 10 minutes, the switch would lock up and DS-378 got a clear (green) signal.
