This UP passenger special was set to depart Rifle, CO at 10am. Indeed, right at the stroke of 10am, it started rolling on a green signal. The train is in the Grand Valley of western Colorado, following along the Colorado River, approach a green signal at east Lacy. Many (if not all) of the "C-Level" managers at Union Pacific, including CEO Jim Vena, are onboard this morning.
