CN 8840 has stopped and the engineer has killed the headlight. The conductor is on the ground and is working to set hand brakes on a few of the 99 hoppers on the train. A new crew will be called in 3 1/2 hours at 3pm. Until then, the train will sit at C&S Junction and wait.
