A UP passenger special, which is currently deadheading, is approaching a Diverging Approach (red over yellow) signal at the west end of Fraser on a beautiful Easter Sunday afternoon. The train will tie down in the siding at Fraser until Monday morning, when some passengers will show up and depart east.
