This westbound oil train is slowing to a stop in the siding at Tolland. It has cleared the east switch, and will stop before blocking the grade crossing. The train will have to wait here for two eastbounds. The first is the Zephyr, and the second is a fellow BNSF train (the Provo-Denver). The crew on the Provo-Denver is running short on time, so the dispatcher is trying to keep them moving.
