A GP38-2 sits alongside a grain elevator in Goodland, KS alongside the KYLE rail yard. I'm not sure of the history of this unit, but my guess is either Missouri Pacific or Missouri-Kansas-Texas (the Katy) as it does not have any dynamic brakes.
