A bit unusual to see a CSX unit charging toward you out of the east end of Eisele (Clay) on the Moffat. CSX 7106 is putting in some power sharing time, running on a BNSF train on UP rails. For several years, as PTC was being implemented, foreign power did not lead on the Moffat. Now that PTC is well established and compatible across all Class 1s, foreign leaders do show up again from time-to-time.
