An eastbound UP coal load is on climbs the 1% grade on Main 2, grinding up the hill at 10 MPH or so. The "train" visible on Main 4 is actually one of several strings of cars being stored. With the decline in the demand for coal, four mains over Logan Hill are not really needed anymore, so Main 4 has been used for storage for a decade or more.
