BNSF 8444 leads the Provo-Denver around the south edge of Big Ten Curve, just out of Eisele (Clay). For those that enjoy numbers, 8444 caught my eye as that was, for many years, the number of UP's 4-8-4 Northern Steam Engine (UP 8444). On June 2, 1989, it was renumbered UP 844 (its original number) after GP30 #844 was retired, opening the spot on the roster.
