UP's MNYGR typically departs North Yard on Sunday mornings after the westbound Zephyr passes by at Utah Junction. The train runs other days of the week as well, but I have specifically observed that Sunday mornings are usually a great time to consistently catch it. Here, the train is entering the main track at Sand Creek, passing by (or through) the Suncor oil refinery.
