Just north of Hazeltine, UP's DS-378 informed this manifest that they were "leaving track occupancies behind them" as they were headed north. The dispatcher asked the crew to inspect the train for major flat spots, or other thing out of the ordinary. Here, just north of E-470, the conductor is on the ground (out of view in this shot), giving a roll by of the train.
