Friday, March 24, 2006 - Just a quick update for today. A few more pictures have been added since the beginning of the week. On my way home on Tuesday, I noted a BNSF covered hopper train sitting on the main track at Rocky. Not exactly sure what it was waiting for (did not hear any westbounds, but I could not hang around long either). Then, yesterday (Thursday) morning, I was able to get trackside on my way into work to grab a few shots of the Ski Train. This season, the Ski Train has been making four trips per week up to Winter Park (since the beginning of March, anyway): Thursday through Sunday. It was very foggy in the Denver-Metro area, making for some interesting shots, but the fog cleared out by the time the train reached Plain. Have a good weekend!
