Overview
Note that this is a correction from the previous belief that Winter Park was being extended to the east. The tracks will pass underneath a new underpass for Timber House Road Crossing near the west end of Winter Park.
Purpose
This project will allow trains to stop on the siding at Winter Park without blocking the road crossing.
Plan
The main track will be taken out of service while the underpass is completed for the main, and then the siding will be taken out of service (main will be put back in service) while the siding underpass is completed.
