Whether the engine (or engines) are "under steam" (powered) or not! Case-in-point is the not insignificant crowd gathered here to watch UP 5716 pulling UP 3985 (4-6-6-4) and UP 5511 (2-10-2) along with the rest of a hospital train heading for donation to the Railroading Heritage of Midwest America museum in Silvas, IL.
