Amtrak 6 is running about four hours late, which allows this shot to be possible! At this time of year, if Amtrak was running on time, it would be pitch black when Amtrak came through Summit.

At the top of Soldier Summit (7,477 feet above sea level), UR 5006 slows to a stop to allow the six swing helper to cut out of the train and return to Martin, just outside of Helper.
