The ever-expanding city of Brighton, along with I-76, is visible in the background as BNSF's Galesburg, IL to Denver, CO mixed freight crosses over a creek at MP 527.92. The freight has GECX 2022, a prototype for a Tier 4 GE GEVO, DIC in tow.

A relatively short BNSF Galesburg, IL to Denver, CO (HGALDEN1-04A) makes its way west toward Denver between Barr and Irondale. It is running parallel to I-76 and the tail end is crossing underneath 120th Avenue.

Fuselages for Boeing airplanes are built in Wichita, KS. The final assembly of the planes takes place in the Seattle, WA area. So how do those fuselages get there? By train of course! Here, a fuselage for a future 737-800 is being transported by BNSF to Boeing in Washington State.

Severe flooding in the mid-west plains states has resulted in several BNSF lines being submerged for extended lengths of time. Consequently, a lot of trains are being rerouted on different lines. The HKCKPAS (Kansas City to Pasco, WA) has been rerouted through Colorado. Here, the train heads east on the Brush Sub with three Boeing 737 fuselages in the consist.
