The train is meeting BNSF's Chicago to Denver Z-train, which is holding the main. The manifest had an issue with its wheel count, and will meet the train master at the east end of Irondale. It might appear that the signal is displaying a red over dark aspect, but it is actually red over flashing red...the shot is just in the middle of the flash.
