A few side panels are missing and the grab irons are pretty mangled. There also appears to be quite a bit of damage to the trucks. Both units fell on their sides (the side shown here) when the Longmont Turn derailed three days earlier. In addition to being covered in dirt, it looks like both units have suffered some bent metal and some cracked windows. Seems like both units should return to service though. Cars that could not be rerailed were pushed to the sides of the track. BNSF then laid "panel" track and got the line reopened. At this point, there is a 25 MPH slow order through the derailment site.
