Literally 10 minutes prior to the sun setting, this manifest passed by heading east. An hour earlier, Cheyenne was pummeled by a torrential downpour that included nickel-to-quarter sized hail. That, however, result in the formation of this fantastic pond, allowing for a nice capture of an SD70ACe and an SD70M, both sporting the American flag.
