They have a track warrant out to near Deer Trail, CO. That warrant will not get them all the way to Limon. The reason for the warrant only going that far is due to the fact they are following an eastbound coal load which has only made it as far east as Deer Trail. UP 1837, a snoot-nose SD40-2, puts on a bit of an exhaust show as the engineer throttle up to start pulling the (roughly) 40 car Limon Local eastbound on Main 1 toward a green signal. UP 6168 was delivered as SP 139 in April 1995. I was a sophomore in high school at the time, and remember seeing those new scarlet and gray units sometimes when I was getting lunch.
